Today I have a quick wrap-up off March. You can check out the first two posts here:
After a fun Palm Sunday at church that I'll blog more about in our Easter post, we geared up for another work/school week.
Monday morning Leslie posted this picture on Instagram. It made me laugh out loud!
She said:
The boys were playing too much at bedtime, so I sent Nono to my room to fall asleep.

Noah is such a cute age right now. Still small enough to want to build a fort to sleep in,
but big enough to have interesting conversations with.
First up, we got Connor's school pictures back and I immediately fell in love with this one.
Doesn't it look just like a toddler year book photo?
Tuesday, we got some fun mail.
Connor is still having trouble mastering the straw and I feel like he doesn't get much out of his 'no-spill' sippy cups. I've been wanting to get some of these Tupperware cups for awhile. I think they are great quality and will last forever. I pretty sure my mom still has some from the 80s.
I had ordered them from an old boss that sells Tupperware and she actually sent them with a card saying 'consider it a late baby gift.' which was super sweet!
Connor immediately loved them. He loves almost anything that can be stacked.
While Connor and I were playing with his new cups Cecil whipped up a DELICIOUS Hello Fresh meal.
Yummmmm
I've been wanting to get my niece Turner a chair ever since I saw her sitting in Connor's at his birthday party. Easter seemed like a great excuse. ;)
I think it turned out super cute!!
Connor immediately thought it was his. Sorry buddy!
Thursday (which is my Friday) I had a sushi lunch for one.
I'm starting think I should make this a tradition. So yummy!
Friday evening Cecil was on the patio and Connor could not stop watching him.
I thought it was adorable. I just love baby PJs.
On Good Friday, we got up bright and early and headed to Academy to get my Dad's birthday present: an elliptical. The gift was a little late, but Cecil assembled it so I think it's all is forgiven. ;)
Connor
to watch him crouch down and hold on tight to stable himself.
We came home late Saturday evening and you will be able
to see more of our visit at my parents house and our quiet
little Easter Sunday in my Easter post (coming soon) ;)
Connor is obsessed with loving on all stuffed animals and
I recently pulled this big Kangaroo out of his room and into the living room.
He loves to occasionally go lay down on it and rest for, oh, about 3 seconds.
This is just a plain picture, but I don't want to forget our routine at this stage. Right now Connor and I get ready in the mornings. He drinks his milk on the way to school (which I have just recently stopped warming up). Then he will have breakfast and finish his bottle in a high chair at school. I find that he is less upset that I leave when he is in the high chair.
He always has to have his blanket, "his" teddy from school, and/or a ball with him in the high chair.
#highmaintenance
Monday Leslie stayed home with Noah because he was feeling really sick.
He loves school and was actually really sad to not go. No faking here!
The next day, Leslie had her first round of STAR testing and since it is her first year as a Counselor she didn't feel like she could miss. So I called in and stayed at home with Noah. We didn't want him around Connor so I went to their house. We both took a long morning nap in the living room (hallelujah) and then we went to the doctor in the afternoon......Influenza B.
Poor baby.
This was him after just driving a couple minutes.
He ended up having to miss Monday - Thursday of school.
He could not keep his eyes open.

At home we had tacos for Dinner and I made Connor a tortilla mask.
I think he liked it ;)
I think he liked it ;)
Lately Connor has been more interested in the chair Aunt T got him for Christmas.
He loves to flip the book on the armrest and dance to the music.
P.S. Do you like his pile 'o' toys?? LOL
Thursday Connor's teacher sent me this picture showing Connor taking his first nap on a mat at school. She said he did good. It was a little shorter than normal, but he slept for over an hour.
Sweet boy.
He's getting so big!!
I think means he is officially a toddler and no longer a baby.
He fell asleep on the way home (like he often does) and let Cecil hold him
(which he does NOT often do) while he caught some more zzzzs.
It was nice because I could actually cook dinner!!
I made a delicious "Juicy Lucy" burger from HelloFresh.
I think it was my favorite meal from there yet.
There was also a salad, but I didn't document that. LOL
To finally wrap up the month I'm going to end with the last two pictures I took in March.
My sweet baby toddler sleeping away in his crib in mix matched Christmas PJs like an angel.
March was a fun month. We enjoyed unusually warm weather and Connor because a walking toddler.
It really was a very special month for our little family. :)
