Bachelor Ben: Fantasy Suite!

This week Ben takes his THREE girlfriends to Jamaica and they all get an overnight date away from the cameras.

You might remember that during Caitlyn's season Ben confessed he is, in fact, not a virgin.

 

So during the commercials we are BOMBARDED with the fact that Ben tells two girls that he loves them. We just don’t know which two. This is going to be good!

Ben walks us through his remaining three girlfriends. He highlights the first moment he saw them and his concerns with each one. Let's break it down.

 Caila:

Straight out of the limo she jumped in his arms.

He worries if he is going to be able to get below the surface with her.

 

Lauren:

She was the first out the limo and it is the closest thing he has ever felt to love at first sight (Sidenote!!! That is what Caitlyn said last season about the Shawn the winner).

He tells us that he cannot imagine his life without her,

but he worries that she might be too good for him.

 

JoJo:

She wore a Unicorn head out of the limo. :)

He says he feels more himself around her than anyone else here, but

he worries that he might not have her family's support since her hometown date was an emotional roller coaster.

 

We see Ben go hiking and climb a rock wall in flip flops while he ponders his situation.

 

First Date: Caila

He tells us that his relationship with Caila is in a great place and it is the deepest relationship he has. I am thinking Caila looks really great in her bikini top and jorts.

Unfortunately, while they raft down the river she is feeling anxious and unable to get out of her head. She keeps thinking about the other two girls.

Ben think she has something on her mind but doesn’t know what it is.

Why are MEN so clueless!?!?

Of course it is the fact that Ben still has three girlfriends!

Caila gets it together and says she doesn’t want this mood to affect the rest of the day. During the evening they talk on a bench and Caila seems like she is giving a speech, right???

Do you guys get that?

Often when she talks it seems like she is delivering some memorized lines.

She tells him that she loves him and says she can tell he feels the same way.

Ben says that this is what he has been wanting and that everything feels right.

They walk into the ocean and make-out as fireworks go off.

 

They head to the fantasy suite and Ben is fully dressed while Caila is wearing a bikini that looks like a bra. Caila says she has no doubt in her mind that it will be him and her at the end of this.

 

After the overnight date, Ben tells us that he can’t tell her he is in love with her. Uh oh.

We are left to assume he tells both the other girls. Poor Caila.:(
 

 Second date: Lauren

Ben is over the top excited to see Lauren. It is pretty adorable.

She is wearing a bikini top, a sweater crop tank top and jorts.

 

First they go meet Mel, a man that saves sea turtles, and get to release a nest.

This looks like it is the best date ever. The sea turtles are tiny and perfect.

Ben tells us that ‘this day just means a little bit more.’ Oh interesting

After cleaning the turtles they pray over them.

Next, they dump out a bucket and the little guys make their way to the ocean. Ben says he is surrounded by cuteness: Lauren, the turtles, and Mel. Funny.

I’m thinking if they are praying together it is pretty deep.

I love that they showed that side of their relationship.

Ben tells us that he misses Lauren. I'm wondering when he has time to miss anyone. It seems like he is constantly with someone. A girlfriend, parents, etc.

Ben tells Lauren that he cried to her sister last week.

They both think that the other is too good for them.

I really get the feeling Ben thinks that Lauren is too good to be true.

And I kind of get the feeling under normal circumstances,

Lauren would think that she was too good for Ben as well.

They make out in the ocean under a double rainbow.

 

I want to note that Lauren has some abs! This girl is fit!!

They go to a Jamaican bar and while Lauren is telling us that she loves Ben she just hasn't had the nerve to tell him yet - the live music is singing a chorus: I’m in love with you. Funny.

Sometimes I just love the editors at The Bachelor. They make me laugh.

 While they talk Lauren tells us that she is scared. And Ben says ‘What scares you?’

Again!! What do you think it is Ben?!?

Maybe that you have two other girlfriends and there is a 67% chance  you will break up with her on national TV.
Could that possibly be it?

Are men really this oblivious?

She says Ben is the man of her dreams and that it is really hard for her to be vulnerable.

He says he is head over heels for her.

In the fantasy suite Lauren tells Ben that she is completely in love with him and he says ‘For me. I’ve known I’m in love with you for a while as well.’

Well Dang.

This makes me smile because they are so happy and because I'm so uncomfortably anticipating the disaster that is inevitably going to happen.

I’m thinking yikes!

The next morning they show us their clothes on the floor.

He tells her he loves her A LOT they showed us at least four times that he said it to her.

Lauren tells us:  Ben is my person.

 After the date Ben tells us that: telling Lauren I’m in love with her complicates things.

Ummmm, duh!

Third Date: JoJo

JoJo mounts Ben and I’m thinking Schaeffer will be so proud She is also wearing jorts. 

The jorts are a big trend this season.

 

Oh no, another helicopter. I'm hoping they have better luck this time than they did last.

Do you remember Vegas?

 

I love how Ben walks up on the water fall like hes seen it before.

Like he is the one that scouted out the location and planned this date.

She says words of affirmation is the way she feels love – ME TOO GIRL!!

They jump into waterfall, they make out on the waterfall,

While they talk, she tells him that she is terrified,

but that she loves him

AND HE SAYS: JoJo - I love you too!!

And she is very confused.

She says ‘what?’ Are you allowed to say that?

 

I'm sure Lauren would be like:

 

Ben says – I don’t know how you can be in love with two women. But I am.

Ben – you have me stressed out!

 

They makeout with a beautiful waterfall behind them.

 

Ben tells us that it is really incredible that he gets to spend a night with a woman that he loves.

When they meet for dinner its very casual and comfortable – like they’ve been together for a while.

Ben: Hi Beautiful

JoJo: Hey Babe

JoJo tells us that she feels safe. I bet she does!!

I'm sure she didn’t think he would say I love you to multiple people.

Oh no! Now it’s time to talk about the family. She explains that her brothers were coming from a good place and it seems like all is OK now.

In the fantasy suite, Ben pops the champagne and she catches the cork.

That has to be good luck, right?

 

 

After all three dates I’m thinking:

Ben is really tall

Ben has three really hot girls

Ben is in quite the pickle.

I hope they don't spend the next 30 minutes dragging out this breakup with Caila.

Are we really going to even have a rose ceremony?

We see Caila decide she wants to come over to surprise Ben and it’s hard to watch.

He breaks up with her and they both handle it well.

He is direct and honest with her which I think works for him.

At the totally unnecessary rose ceremony, Harrison greets the girls as they enter a mansion.

He looks older than I remember him. Have we really seen him so little that he has AGED??

Is he sick? Now I feel bad.

Now I see why we’re having the rose ceremony.

The location is GORGEOUS.

JoJo tries to make small talk with Lauren.

Lauren is not having it – she seems pretty cocky.

This rose ceremony feels really weird.

He is acting like he is talking to a crowd, but it is just two girls – that he loves.

They both think that they have this in the bag.

Now its time for the roses. Why do I feel so nervous?

They both are getting one!! Geez!

How does the Bachelor do this to me!

They have the most awkward group hug and toast to love.

This background is magnificent, but the situation gives me major anxiety.

 

Next week it is the women tell all. I hope its good! J
