My FAVORITE quote of the week.
For some reason this made me laugh out loud.
Humidity is the WORST. My hair has been in a bun/top knot all week.
My FAVORITE is that Cecil gladly administers Connor's baths. He used to L.O.V.E. them and for some reason he started getting fussy right after he turned one. Would scream/cry the entire bath.
Cecil (being the sweet Daddy that he is) got in there with him on a stool, fully clothed.
And that is just how it has been ever since.
I came across this picture on Leslie's instagram recently and I love it. It was taken at Connor's first birthday party and for some reason I hadn't seen it before.
I love my sweet sister, niece, and Mom.

I've read Cup of Jo on and off for awhile, but her sister's story really touched my heart.
Jo's sister Lucy lost her husband to cancer this past year and I have cried over reading his and her beautiful writings about their experiences.
This week Jo had a post about a home makeover she had done for her sister.
And it's really beautiful.
While you are at it you should read this essay Paul (Lucy's late husband) wrote.
